After rolling out the beta version of its Android 10 based OxygenOS 10 on to its last year’s premium smartphones – OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T — OnePlus has finally started rolling out the stable version of its latest mobile operating system on to the devices.
“We are very excited to announce that we are ready to roll out OxygenOS version 10.0 based on Android 10 for the OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T,” OnePlus Global Products Operations Manager, Manu J, wrote in OnePlus forum.
The Chinese smartphone maker in its forum announcing the news said that the Android 10 based OxygenOS 10 will be rolled out to OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T owners in a staged manner. While a limited number of OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T users will receive the update today, others will receive it as a part of the company’s broader rollout plan in the coming few days. OnePlus said that this is being done to ensure that the OxygenOS 10 has no critical bugs.
